At Anayas Fashion Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your jewelry, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are only accepted within 2 days of receiving your jewelry item.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom or personalized items, sale, or clearance items may not be eligible for exchange. Please check the product description for any exceptions.

How to Exchange

  • Provide your order number, the item you would like to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  • We will guide you through the exchange process and provide return instructions.

Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was defective, or the wrong item was sent.

Condition of Items

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the item has been altered, resized, or damaged.

Exchange Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a notification confirming the approval or rejection of your exchange.
  • If approved, the exchange will be processed, and a new item will be shipped to you.
  • If the item is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative product or a store credit for the value of the returned item.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry pieces, including engraved or resized items, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are final sale.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your jewelry.
  • We will provide a full refund or exchange, and we will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.
