Refund Policy
At Anayas Fashion Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your jewelry, we offer refund under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Refund
- We accept returns or exchanges within 02 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. It must also be in its original packaging, including any tags or labels.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings or personalized/customized jewelry unless the item is defective or damaged.
2. How to Request a Return
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at customer.care@anayasfashionhub.com within 02 days of receiving your order.
- Please include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return or exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide instructions on how to send the item back.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Please note that the shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order had free shipping and you return part or all of your order, we may deduct the initial shipping cost from your refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned product.
